The CounterClock dashboard loads your counter metrics in the browser. Enable JavaScript for this site, then reload the page.

How we measure. CounterClock reads motion events and periodic frames from your Ring cameras and counts anonymous presence in the frame the camera returns. The zone you draw records the area you want measured and does not yet crop the image — your camera's own Ring motion zone is what limits what is captured. Service time is how long one visit occupied the counter area. Nobody is identified, nobody is followed from one zone to another, there are no faces and no per-employee metrics. The wait estimate and walk-away are labelled estimates, and anything that could not be verified is shown as unavailable — never as zero.
