Questions, issues, or data requests for CounterClock:
- Email: info@erbacciltd.com — we answer within 2 business days.
- To unlink: Ring app → Account → Linked accounts → remove CounterClock. Unlinking revokes access immediately.
- To delete all data: use in-app deletion or email us from your linked address. Details in the Privacy Policy.
- To disconnect a TV screen: open counterclock.erbacciltd.com/auth/tv, sign in, and choose Disconnect next to that TV. The list there shows every TV that can show your numbers and when each last checked in. Unpairing from the TV's own menu does the same.
- To manage your CounterClock plan: Ring app → My Apps → CounterClock, or account.ring.com → Integrations. In-app account deletion does not remove CounterClock from your Ring account: unlink it there too.
Setup basics
- Wired Ring camera with a steady view of your counter + active Ring Protect plan (battery cameras are not supported).
- Snapshot Capture set to its most frequent interval, in the Ring app, for that camera. CounterClock measures from the frames Ring stores: between motion events those periodic snapshots are the only ones there are, so a slow interval can leave a customer standing at the counter unseen. We cannot read or change this setting through the partner API — only you can, in your own Ring app.
- During onboarding you mark the area you want measured, and you set that camera's own Ring motion zone to the customer side — that motion zone is what limits what is captured.
