By linking CounterClock to your Ring account you agree to these terms.
Service
CounterClock provides operational service-speed analytics from your own Ring camera. It is a business-operations tool: it is not a security, safety, or life-safety product and must not be relied on as one.
The CounterClock mobile apps can be downloaded worldwide, but the service works only with Ring accounts and Ring cameras in regions where Ring offers the Ring Appstore and the CounterClock integration. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service complies with the laws that apply where your premises are located.
Your CounterClock plan
Your CounterClock plan is added and managed by Ring, under Ring's terms: in the Ring app (My Apps → CounterClock) or at account.ring.com → Integrations. Erbacci LLC never sees or handles your payment details.
Acceptable use
You must own or control the premises and the camera, inform your staff of operational monitoring, and post the provided customer disclosure signage. You may not use CounterClock to identify, profile, or surveil individuals.
Data
Handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. Metrics are statistical estimates derived from camera imagery and depend on camera placement and conditions; they are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbacci LLC's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 3 months. Business decisions made on the basis of the metrics are yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
